Schedule 40 refers to a standardized wall thickness that varies by pipe size and provides strength for pressure systems. As the pipe diameter increases, the wall thickness increases accordingly under Schedule 40 dimensions. Alloy 122 is known for its good corrosion resistance and excellent brazability.
